'OutDaughtered': Does Riley have a future in construction? Here's why Busby quints wrecked their kitchen
Dealing with quarantine has been hard on families, between parents trying to make ends meet while keeping their children occupied and retaining their own sanity, it's not been easy for anyone. And Adam and Danielle Busby are no exception to this rule.
Taking care of the quints plus a pre-teen sounds like a handful and apparently, it is. Five-year-olds often have boundless energy and if you don't find an effective way to help them burn that off, you can best believe that they'll be bouncing off the walls.

Luckily, Adam and Danielle know their way around this rodeo. In the season premiere of 'OutDaughtered', Danielle talks about how quarantine was far from boring for the Busbys, it was exhausting.
"There's only so much we can do inside with five 5-year-olds who still have a big imagination," Danielle says to the camera while looking at Adam in agreement. "They've got so much energy that they just need to burn and they're just cranky and whiny" she concluded. The couple, however, might have come up with just the right solution and all it took was a bit of creative thinking. Seeing that the family was renovating their kitchen, they got the renovators to let the girls wreck the place first. With masks, hard hats and safety goggles in place, the quints grabbed a hammer each and went to town on the family's kitchen, under the watchful eyes of the parents and renovators (seeing that this could be an obvious recipe for disaster).
The girls hammered at the walls, making little dents and holes. Riley, who was the most excited (and destructive, according to Adam) was the first one to bust a hole in the wall and the last one to put her hammer down. She seemed to have a ball of a time. If she ever decides to pick up construction in the future, we'll consider this a sign!
What happened to the family's old home?
The current home the family is staying in, in League City, Houston, Texas, is supposed to be a rental, seeing that the family's old home is a 'sick home' since Ava developed a respiratory illness on account of mold infestation. As reported by Distractify, the family was worried about being kicked to the curb once the lease was up on this stunning two story home with a pool and backyard but they might have just fixed that problem themselves - seeing that they bought the home.
Regarding their old home, the Busbys are currently in a class-action lawsuit with their old home's construction company, Taylor Morrison, seeing that the company constructed over 1000 homes in the Mar Bella subdivision, any of which complained of mold infestation too.
