ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: In the latest episode of 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' Season 18, the cast had a wild night out. While it was a blast for most of the participants, it left viewers at home reeling.

During their night out, Emily Simpson and the girls stopped by Katie Ginella's house in their party bus. While some of the group headed inside, Emily, who was about to burst, chose to relieve herself in the bushes rather than face Katie's husband, Matt Ginella.

Well, Bravo viewers have witnessed the girls doing all sorts of things over the years, but this one set a new bar for them.

On X, one fan wrote, "Emily’s so weird to choose to pee in a bush instead of going to the bathroom just because she didn’t wanna meet Katie’s husband." Another fan asked, "Emily is such a loser omfg. You couldn’t just use the bathroom in Katie’s house??????"

Another fan noted, "Did Emily just pee in this lady Bushes?!?! #RHOC see… Katie need to whoop her ass." One fan said, "Crazy that Emily chose to pee in a bush rather than inside Katie’s house…"

One fan wrote, "EMILY PEEING IN THE BUSH OUTSIDE KATIE’S HOME LMFAOOOOOO??? I can’t that’s so trashy but so on brand for OC??" Another fan added, "How trashy for Emily to piss in Katie’s front yard bushes instead of going inside like any normal person."

Emily said to host Alex Baskin, "I feel like us being on the show has made our marriage stronger and made us work as a unit better, and made us better parents." Shane said, "I think in a way we became more dependent on each other," echoing Emily's sentiment.

In July 2023, Emily spoke with Us Weekly about using Ozempic to aid her weight loss. "We finished filming in November [2022] and I remember we filmed the title cards, and our showrunner sent a photo of me that he took with his cell phone. And honestly, I didn’t even recognize myself,” she told the outlet.

She added, "I was like, ‘Who is that?’ And then I was like, ‘Oh, that’s me.’ I really neglected myself those four months that we were filming. I ate too much, drank too much, didn’t go to the gym, didn’t work out, and I felt really down, really depressed, really dark when we finished filming.”

Following the event, Emily's doctor suggested she try Ozempic or a similar semaglutide and ordered a full blood test. "At that time, I didn’t even know what Ozempic was, honestly,” she revealed.

She continued, "The doctor was just like, ‘Oh, there’s this new weight loss drug, and it’s just been FDA approved, and it’s great. I think it would really help you lose some weight, and you’ll feel better, and you’ll be able to get working out again and feeling more like yourself.’ And I was like, ‘OK, sounds great.’ Anyway, I did that in December. It was great for my diet. It really just kickstarted me into eating better and eating healthier, ’cause it makes you feel like crap ’cause nothing tastes good."

Emily opens up about her lifelong struggle with weight in an interview featured in Season 18, Episode 3. "I mean, I've never been thin," Emily explains. "I mean, I did struggle a little bit in high school because I was always taller, and I weighed more than other girls."

Plus, she says, living in a looks-obsessed environment doesn't help. "I think there's a lot of pressure being in Orange County. Everyone seems to be healthy and fit and young. It's really like a mind f-ck. It really is."
