'RHOC' Season 18: Gina Kirschenheiter in trouble for mocking Jennifer Pedranti's struggle
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' Season 18 star Gina Kirschenheiter is fresh to real estate. But she did Jennifer Pedranti a favor when she vouched for her, stating the mother of five did not require a credit check.
The yogi should have had a credit check, as she is now being evicted. Gina, feels foolish and exploited.
Jennifer described her present living condition to Katie Ginella and Shannon Storms Beador, saying, "I feel like he just sits around and plays in the sunshine."
Gina's Long Island attitude was on full display during a Road House/Coffee House meet-up. Jennifer was unwilling to acknowledge how her failure to pay rent had harmed Gina.
And that was an issue. Gina said, "You need to grow up," right before throwing her buttery croissant out and marching out.
"You need to figure out how to take care of yourself and your children. It’s not your ex-husband’s responsibility. And it’s not your boyfriend’s responsibility."
On X, people wrote, "Listen, I understand Gina’s frustration with Jenn. However, she needs to check the arrogant tone she has when talking about Jenn’s financial issues. Mind you, we’ve watched her be broke for years! Let’s not be so high and mighty now that she’s selling a few homes." Another user chimed in, "I’m trying to think how and when Gina became an expert on others getting their life, home, expenses together."

'RHOC's Gina Kirschenheiter complains about Jennifer Pedranti's financial troubles
Gina was also impacted by Jennifer and her children's eviction from their house in the Season 18 premiere of 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' since Gina had assisted Jennifer in obtaining the rental property in the first place by using her newly acquired real estate agent credentials.
On July 18, Gina said in Episode 2, "I'm actually a little bit irritated right now ... I put Jen in the house that she's in. I helped her get that lease."
However, because she and her ex-husband, Will Pedranti, could not afford their rent, Jennifer was eventually forced to move out. "That's having an impact on me," Gina confided to her best friend, Emily Simpson.
"I had a deal lined up, and I had to get a cash buyer, and I had to get a cash buyer quickly, and I knew that this agent would likely be able to bring that to me, and I couldn't even get her to text me back."
As a result, she lost a lot of money. How much? "That cost me $50,000 when that deal fell apart," Gina confessed.
"I'm new to real estate, and I'm trying to build up my book of business," Gina informed. "This is the livelihood of myself and my children. This is the roof over my head."
"I understand and am sympathetic to what Jen is going through," she said in a confessional, "but it's one thing to burn me as a friend. You take food off my kids' plate, and it's a problem."
Jennifer Pedranti upset about 'RHOC's Gina Kirschenheiter gossiping about her rent issues
Jennifer, on the other hand, was furious that Gina was discussing what had happened in public.
When she spoke to Shannon and Katie, she said, "As my friend, I get we are all in the same circle, and you're talking, but as the agent who helped me get in the house, why are you running around talking about sh-t that's going on?"
Katie subsequently told Gina about this statement, and she said, "It put me in a really bad circumstance because I was representing her as a realtor. I brokered the deal. I dropped everything to get her in that home. And if her concern right now is the fact that I'm telling people, that's ridiculous. Her concern should be how she's gonna pay her f*****g rent."
Gina and Jennifer eventually met at the conclusion of Episode 2 to discuss their problems, but things swiftly deteriorated. The two exchanged words for many minutes before Gina stormed out and the program concluded.
'RHOC' star Jennifer Pedranti complains about fiancé Ryan Boyajian's work
In addition to being our favorite TV personalities, Housewives and Househusbands frequently have occupations outside of Bravoleb status; Jennifer, the owner of a yoga school, is no different. But Ryan Boyajian, her love, what about him?
In conversation with Shannon and Katie, the new "wife," during 'RHOC' Season 18, Episode 2, Jennifer gave an overview of her fiancé's professional background.
"What does Ryan do? Like, for a living?" Katie questioned the women while they were hanging out at the beach.
"Well, nothing now," described Jennifer. "He did mortgage for years and years, and then he's done real estate development since then. But nothing, like, there's no office. He just kind of, um ... I feel like he just sits around and, like, plays in the sunshine. He kind of lives the dream life, I always tell him."
