Where does Ryan Boyajian live? 'RHOC' star Jennifer Pedranti embraces fresh beginnings following eviction
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: At the premiere of 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' Season 18, Jennifer Pedranti made a startling revelation about facing eviction along with her five children. She is now opening up about her children's responses upon learning about their imminent eviction and their upcoming move-in with her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian.
In a sneak peek for Episode 2, premiering on Thursday, July 18, Jennifer says, "I was scared to death to sit the kids down and tell them, 'Hey, here's option A: move in with Ryan, or here's option B.' And honestly, I didn't even know what option B was."
The 'RHOC' teaser then cuts to Jennifer talking with Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic—four of her children. "Do you know how long we'll be at Ryan's?" Dawson asks. "Is it permanent?"
After Jennifer says, "I hope so," Everleigh adds, telling her mother, "I just want to find somewhere and just actually call it home, not keep moving." Jennifer began crying immediately. "It's rather difficult to hear," she remarked. "I want that too."
Jennifer then expressed her confidence in her choice to move in with Ryan. In an honest interview, she said, "I would do anything for my kids, and if moving in with Ryan was going to be a detriment to the kids and I, I'd live in the car. But I'm grateful that the kids are on board in this decision-making of moving in with Ryan."
Why was 'RHOC's Jennifer Pedranti evicted?
Jennifer revealed on the 'RHOC' Season 18 premiere that she and her ex-husband, William 'Will' Pedranti, couldn't afford the rent on the home that Gina Kirschenheiter had helped them find. "I've been talking to my landlord," she said.
Jennifer added, "Just to catch myself up on rent, I feel like it was a number like 24,000 [dollars] or something. Since Will and I separated, we have made very little progress in my divorce. Unfortunately, it's taking Will a long time to turn in financials. He was responsible for the lion's share of the rent, and I was responsible for a small portion."
Jennifer mentioned that she had believed the rent was fully paid, but then she discovered a group text involving Will, herself, and the homeowner, which stated, "I received partial payment of the rent. Are you gonna pay the rest of the rent?" Jennifer and her children were then forced to move out of the home.
'RHOC' Season 18 star Jennifer Pedranti's financial difficulties
As Jennifer Pedranti noted in the 'RHOC' Season 18 premiere, her job as a yoga studio owner "doesn't pay enough for me to cover rent." "I get paid $50 a class," she said. "And Will is no longer working for the family, so neither of us were able to pay rent," Jennifer added.
Jennifer mentioned that she has been receiving assistance from her father and Ryan with her other financial commitments. She said, "I feel like I'm asking you and my dad to catch me up, but I still can't even breathe because then the next month rolls around," she said to the former. "And my dad is splitting my attorney bills."
'RHOC' Season 18 star Jennifer Pedranti awarded 6-figure lump sum in child support
Jennifer Pedranti's challenging divorce from her ex-husband, William Pedranti, has been finalized, and according to In Touch, she will receive a modest monthly maintenance payment along with a significant lump sum.
According to court records obtained by In Touch, Jennifer and her ex-husband will share legal and physical custody of their four children: Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic. Jennifer will have primary custody of the children. Both parents have agreed not to make disparaging or negative remarks about each other in front of their children.
William agreed to manage the health insurance, and according to the decision, he will pay Jennifer $4,674 per month in child support for their four children. Additionally, Jennifer has agreed that any additional income she earns from Bravo for 'RHOC' will decrease the amount of extra child support she receives.
Jennifer will receive an additional $1,735 per month in spousal support from William. Her spousal support will cease if she remarries. Notably, her fiancé Ryan proposed to her in April.
According to the settlement, William was granted the whole net revenues [$535,000] from the sale of the family home in Ladera Ranch, California. Additionally, he retained ownership of numerous bank accounts, and full control of Pedranti Construction Management, a 2022 Ford Expedition, a 2016 Ford Mustang, and a Toyota Tacoma.
Jennifer was given two bank accounts, a retirement account, and full ownership of her firm, Devi Rebel Yoga. William agreed to give Jennifer a one-time amount of $267,811 "to equalize the distribution of the community assets and debts." After their separation, each retained their respective earnings.
