All the housewives came together once again to have a gathering and talk about the dramatic events that occurred throughout the season. Unexpectedly, Hilton made a surprise appearance during their reunion.

Kathy has made occasional appearances on the Bravo reality show because her sisters Kyle and Kim Richards were original cast members. She also appeared on the show as a 'Friend of' in Seasons 11 and 12.
However, she decided not to return for Season 13 after having conflicts with her sister Kyle and co-star Lisa Rinna.
