'Stop with the hormones lady': 'RHOBH' star Erika Jayne gets bashed online for taking Ozempic for weight loss
BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Erika Jayne's new Instagram pictures have become the talk of the town.
On October 30, 2023, the 'RHOBH' cast member shared a few stunning pictures of herself flaunting her toned figure in a black dress on her Instagram page.
"Ran across the gem & thought I should share ✨ #reallygoodhormones," she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.
Soon after, social media users began slamming her in the comments by stating that she was taking Ozempic for weight loss.
One user wrote, "I feel like if she was taking Ozempic she would just say it…she’s never cared to lie about this stuff…love you boo."
Another social media user penned, "She’s right she is a mess."
A third user commented, "Duh ozempic."
A fourth user chimed in, "So hormones for menopause are ‘really good’ "
A fifth user said, "Nobody cares. You are lying. It's so obvious. You are too thin for your "brand" now. Your body was perfect and bangin. Don't know why you did this. And we know it isn't menopause pills. Spare me."
A sixth user added, "Stop with the hormones lady. As a 58 year old woman you don’t lose weight during menopause. You gain weight in your waist and midsection."
Has Erika Jayne used Ozempic for weight loss?
During a recent episode of the show 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills', Jayne denied using Ozempic for weight loss.
For those unversed, Ozempic is a weekly injection that helps to reduce blood sugar by helping the pancreas make more insulin.
The episode kicked off with Dorit Kemsley hosting a spiritual retreat in Malibu.
Jayne arrived and her co-stars told her she looked so skinny, to which she responded, 'hormones.'
In a confessional, she said, "Oh, are hormones spelled OZEMPIC?"
Then, a producer asked Erika if she was on Ozempic or Wegovy.
She replied, "No, I'm not, but I'm on some really good hormones."

In her latest interview with Entertainment Weekly, Jayne spilled the beans on her dating life and her marriage to former attorney Tom Girardi.
Jayne filed for divorce from Girardi in 2020, however it's yet to be finalized. The two of them tied the knot in 1999.
The reality TV star told the media outlet, "You have to grieve a marriage and you grieve a lot of things. I had a complete change of life, not just a marriage, a sickness of a spouse, and then losing your home, and your money, and all at one time, so grieving that sort of stuff and working through the legal problems is a lot."
She further added, "My heart will always be open. I don't think I'll choose to share my private life on camera."
At the moment, Jayne is still married to Tom as their divorce has not been finalized yet.

Jayne is a proud mom to her son Thomas Zizzo Jr. whom she welcomed with her ex-husband Thomas Zizzo. She gave birth to her son Tommy in the year 1993.
Erika's son Tommy is a police officer who graduated from the Los Angeles Police Department Academy in 2016.
