LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ alum Cynthia Bailey and her ex-husband Mike Hill have apparently settled their divorce. The pair signed the documents on Thursday of last week, stating that both parties agreed there is “no chance of reconciliation.” The agreement also states that the former couple owns two homes, has separate retirement accounts and insurance plans, and that both parties declined to pay alimony. But even after wrapping up the divorce, there seemed to be a few traces of drama looming for the exes.

In the recently filed court documents, Cynthia Bailey had apparently accused her estranged husband, Mike Hill, of adultery. Even though the ‘RHOA’ alum had previously denied that the sports commentator had cheated on her, Cynthia’s court documents claimed the opposite. According to the report, it read, “Petitioner [Bailey] is entitled to a divorce from the Respondent [Hill] due to inappropriate adulterous relations and moral ethics in his conduct.” But Mike Hill soon responded to the accusation and claimed it was only an “error.”

Discussing the allegations on his wife’s statement, he said, “I have love and respect for Cynthia. I always have and always will.” He also added, “As you heard in her own words, there was never at any time in our marriage any inappropriate adulterous relations. Our marriage didn’t work, but we still remain the best of friends.” Shortly after her ex-husband’s claim, the ‘RHOA’ alum clarified to Page Six that the pending divorce was “mutual based upon irreconcilable differences.” She backtracked on her statement and said, “I have never accused Mike of any inappropriate adulterous actions. We are and always will be friends and wish each other well.”

An additional statement from attorney Daniel R Meachum also read, “The initial divorce filing between Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill, which included inappropriate adulterous relations, was incorrect.” It continued, “The sole reason for the pending divorce is due to only irreconcilable differences. An amended petition is being filed immediately to correct that allegation by the legal representation of Meachum and Associates.”

But it has been reported that another set of “motion to seal” documents seemingly attempts to hide her claims, saying that the details of their divorce should be kept under wraps. According to Reality Blurb, the reason is that it may “raise issues concerning both the moral character and embarrassing acts of one of the parties.” The documents claim, “These facts are perceived to have a strong probability of potentially adversely compromising one of both parties’ reputation, image, business dealings, and will significantly harm the parties mentally, psychologically, financially and emotionally.”

The pair, who broke up within days of their second wedding anniversary, are expected to finalize their divorce during a January 5 hearing.
