Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill slammed for Covid-19 wedding, fans say 'RHOA' stars should've got guests tested
Although it was Cynthia Bailey's second wedding with Mike Hill, the housewife was determined to have her dream, over-the-top wedding in the presence of her family and friends. While that is a fair ask at any other point of time, unfortunately, the same can't be said during the time of the pandemic.
The housewife and Mike managed to get a guest list of over 250 people for their outdoor wedding. To top it off, Cynthia revealed in her green room interview that they "encouraged" their guests to get themselves tested prior to attending the wedding. She made it clear that the couple couldn't force their guests to get themselves tested so they just advised them to get tested if possible. When fans heard about it, they began slamming the couple and their wedding.

Fans weren't pleased with the housewife's decision to have a wedding event. A fan wrote, "What were the alleged COVID restrictions at Cynthia’s wedding? That room is packed. There were no restrictions there #RHOA." "No judgment but Cynthia has been married and have a kid already and we in covid. Common sense is no where around this, and this wedding should have small and sweet. Lol...I blame Mike... #RHOA," joked a fan. Another fan shared, "Cynthia deserves this dragging. A 250 person wedding, where Covid testing is optional, in Atlanta in a pandemic while shooting a show is dumb #RHOA."

Fans also felt that the couple could have insisted on getting their guests tested instead of making it optional, to ensure everybody's safety. A fan commented, "Cynthia didn’t make her guests get tested for covid? Are people giving her a pass for her 200 plus wedding? Kelly from #RHOC got criticized and Jets was one quarter of the size. #RHOA." "YES Cynthia you can force your guests to be tested for COVID. It's called uninvited without a negative test. The rapid tests are only 30% effective so they're basically useless anyway. Where's the outrage over her super spreader wedding Bravo refused to film? #RHOA," expressed another fan. "Cynthia, you actually could have forced ppl to get tested. No test. No entrance! #RHOA," pointed out a fan.
