Zack Snyder's sci-fi epic, 'Rebel Moon - Part Two: The Scargiver', hits Netflix screens on Friday, April 19.

Continuing from 'Rebel Moon - Part One: A Child of Fire', the second installment drives Kora and the rebels to Veldt. The ominous presence of the Motherworld still poses a threat to their every step.

Originally conceived as Snyder's version of 'Star Wars', he decided to craft it as its own story when Disney and Lucasfilm declined. After reaching out to Netflix, the Rebel Moon series was born. Kora's journey, portrayed by Sofia Boutella, proved so vast that it required two parts.

Starring Sofia Boutella, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Michiel Huisman, Doona Bae, Anthony Hopkins, and more, the story continues with Kora and her warriors defending Veldt against the Motherworld's forces.

In 'Rebel Moon: Part One - A Child of Fire', we're introduced to a planet called Motherworld, once ruled by the Imperium monarchy. After exhausting its resources, the Imperium sought to conquer space.

When the King, Queen, and Princess are assassinated, General Balisarius (Fra Fee) takes power and sends Admiral Noble (Ed Skrein) to eliminate rebels.

Enter Kora (Sofia Boutella), an adopted daughter of Balisarius, living on an agricultural planet haunted by her past. When Noble's henchmen terrorize her village, Kora decides to fight back.

Teaming up with Gunnar (Michiel Huisman) and encountering a rogue named Kai (Charlie Hunnam), they recruit rebels against the Imperium, facing betrayal and losses along the way.

Despite setbacks, Kora defeats Noble, but their victory comes with consequences.

With Balisarius aware of Kora's survival, the group prepares for a showdown in 'Rebel Moon: Part Two - The Scargiver'. The sequel's trailer hints at their training to defend against the Imperium, setting the stage for an epic battle.
