'Queens' Episode 12: Naomi tells Eric she loves him, fans say she can 'do better'

It's Tuesday night and ABC's musical drama series 'Queens' finally returned from its break for more banging music as the women rappers slowly take on the music industry once more on their return to fame.
Previously on 'Queens' we saw the whole lady gang slowly recruiting other female artists in their mission to build a women-led music label that lets them shine without depending on others. Personal issues also play a role as we saw Naomi's daughter Jojo wanting to drop out of school to be a rapper like her mom. While her mother is against her dropping out, her father Eric gives her a chance and she stuns in the recording booth. With the musical story continuing here's what happened on tonight's episode of 'Queens' and how fans reacted.

The episode begins as we see Naomi and Erin in bed together all cozy and although Naomi wants to keep it casual it is implied that he wants to be more. We also saw the group have their anniversary and decide to celebrate with an album re-release but we learn that Eric's ex-wife has the rights to them. Lying about running errands he goes to get the deal done privately but upon failing comes clean to Naomi who is upset and hurt saying he has never given her a reason to trust her. Later on, we see her talk to his ex herself which ends up with her finding out that Eric has always been in love with her and has felt that she was the only one for him, leaving her emotional.
After successfully getting the right she comes home to Eric giving him a hug and telling him she loves him with the two sharing a heartfelt kiss. Now the man didn't say it back and has always been messy. We know of his two-timing history with Naomi and Valeria which made Naomi doubt herself for years.
