What is 'Project Runway' all about?
'Project Runway' features aspiring fashion designers competing with each other in various challenges under a strict time limit and budget constraint. The designs are judged by a panel, and one or more designers are typically eliminated from the show each week. During each season, contestants are progressively eliminated until only a few contestants remain. These finalists prepare complete fashion collections for New York Fashion Week. After the runway shows, the judges choose the winner. Aside from the high fashion, the show is also popular for the juicy drama and the tension between the designers during the competition.
Who stars on 'Project Runway' Season 20?
Season 19 of 'Project Runway' featured Christian Siriano, the winner of 'Project Runway' season 4 returning as the mentor. The show's longtime judge and the editor-in-chief of Elle Magazine Nina Garcia is returning as the judge alongside Elaine Welteroth, former editor-in-chief of Teen Vogue and co-host of 'The Talk', and celebrity designer Brandon Maxwell were the regular panel of judges. Each episode featured a guest judge.
