The preview begins as we see Diamond (Isaac Keys) meet up with Tommy (Joseph Sikora) at a diner and ask him what he knows about a new drug. Although Tommy knows all about Dahlia, he hides his involvement saying that he's heard a few things about it. Looks like he's actually respecting his partner's wishes and keeping things confidential for the time being. While one brother is civil and friendly to Tommy, the other in fact is hostile and we see Jenard( Kris D Lofton) task D-Mac (Lucien Cambric) with finding 'that white boy' and it looks like even his own relative will partake in taking him down.
We see him instruct D-Mac to let him know Tommy's location as soon as he's found with the young boy assuring him that he'll call as soon as he finds Tommy. But D-Mac may have more in mind than just finding his uncle as we see him go in to grab Tommy who immediately flashes his gun as a warning. Tommy who is known for being hot-headed while very smart can also be reckless and we see him adding more people to his kill list when he shoots multiple persons. His partner Liliana (Audrey Esparza) rightfully calls him out for this that at this point he's running his own hustle and that if he keeps pushing this hard now, they'll have no chance of winning.
But Tommy has his own problems and we see him furious at Claudia (Lili Simmons) as he yells out, "If I gotta second-guess you, then all this shit goes away" as she looks on in defiance. A fast-paced montage shows Walter Flynn (Tommy Flanagan) realizing something, Diamond examining the drugs suspiciously, and the chemist Lauryn (Chanell Bell) looking at Tommy in anger, laying the foundation for trouble to come for him. Previously he made an enemy of the Serbs as well, and with the new developments, it looks like everyone wants a piece of Tommy.
'Power Book IV: Force' returns with a new episode on Sunday at 8 pm ET on Starz.
