Who is Liliana? Here's where you may know the character from

In Episode 2 of the 'Power' spinoff, we see an unsuspecting Tommy get jumped by a woman who attempts to kill him. While caught off-guard, what shocked him more was her face as he realized who she was. Recognizing her as Liliana (Audrey Esparza ) we see the two fight it out before being forced to stop by the appearance of a police car.

For those who may have forgotten, Liliana was a runner girl for Tommy and James ‘Ghost’ St Patrick (Omar Hardwick) in Season 1 of the 'Power' series. Although a minor recurring character who only featured in three episodes, Liliana made an impact during her short time on the show as she highlighted Kanan Stark’s (50 Cent) eventual release from prison. What followed next was the reason she disappeared from their drug circle. After being attacked by Pink Sneakers who was hired by Kanan Liliana was left with a huge, noticeable scar on her face which could be used to track her connection to Ghost and his team.

Although Tommy and Ghost were last seen debating on whether or not to kill her, it seems she was shown mercy and let off, escaping from New York. In Episode 2 we learned that she came to Chicago but thought that Tommy was here to hunt her down, due to which she attacked him first.

Tommy and Liliana's potential team up

The end of Episode 2 saw Tommy find drugs under her floorboard which indicated that she was still in the business. Tommy who is looking to get back in the drug distribution business could team up with her and the promo for Episode 3 indicates the same as he says to her, "I could either kill you or we could work together". Looks like the blast from his past could prove advantageous to the man looking to start anew.

'Power Book IV: Force' returns with a new episode at 8 pm ET on Starz.
