Is Paige Banks ignoring Chris Williams off-camera? Fans hope 'MAFS' star is 'scheming and scamming' him

Looks like there's a lot of things happening behind the scenes...

For most of the Season 12 couples on 'Married at First Sight', hitting the one-month mark in their relationship is quite the milestone. Each of the couples has been through their fair share of happy and sad moments, but for what it's worth, they're still trying. And then, there's Chris Williams and Paige Banks. 

The show's most unpredictable couple, if you can even call them that, have been Williams and Banks. Despite all the chaos that's transpired between the couple, the two have decided to start from scratch and work on their relationship.

However, when Williams revealed that he brought his ex-fiancée, Mercedes Myrick a car, a Mercedes no less, it did not sit right with Banks. She even admitted that she's just waiting for the right time to leave. While the two did try to bond by spending time together, Banks's heart didn't seem into it at all, maybe that's with good reason. But, she tends to contradict her own actions and even went on to talk about how she wants to fix their relationship. To top it off, Williams accused Banks of being the one who can't communicate well enough. Williams called Banks, but apparently, she didn't take his calls, seeing that she was busy. Williams said he doesn't text, so for him, it was odd that she doesn't return his calls off-camera. He even went on to say that she's not meeting his emotional needs. The seemingly innocent conversation took a turn for the worse when Williams claimed that they don't have a connection and that they're emotionally disconnected. Banks feels like she's being disrespected time and again, while Williams maintains that she is the reason they can't communicate, based entirely on the fact that she doesn't answer his calls.

As per Williams, Banks is a different person on camera and she is apparently not making an effort off-camera; he thinks they've met a dead end. Banks is visibly frustrated, seeing that she feels like she's put in all this time and effort for nothing.

Twitter, as usual was quite done with the couple and their antics. "I am having such a hard time watching Chris. The mumbling, the stupid comments, his face.... it all makes me want to smack the hell outta him #MarriedAtFirstSight #MAFS #MarriedAtFirstSightatlanta" tweeted a fan. "Chris: “I’m out, gone.” You were never in it, bruh, and then you whined because Paige didn’t answer her phone? That’s just another excuse to leave then blame Paige. I can’t with him! #MarriedAtFirstSight #MAFS #MAFS12 #MAFSAtlanta #MAFSAtl" agreed another. "I can’t stand this gaslighting Mfer. That being said, those comments about Paige and the camera are very interesting! Might be something to that...#MAFS" tweeted another, pointing out that there might be more to this story than meets the eye. "Oh she only talks to you on cam? Please tell me Paige is scheming and scamming now to get that check #mafs" agreed another. "Here’s to me hoping that Paige is really done #MarriedAtFirstSight #MAFS" added a fan. 

What do you think? Is Banks playing Williams instead? Looks like we'll have to wait and see.
