Obi-Wan Kenobi' Episode 4 Fan review: 'Boring compared to the first three chapters'
It wasn't exactly a five-star episode 4 of 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' for fans. The opinions were mixed and were a stark contrast to the raving reviews the show's first three episodes received. This comes as a bit of a letdown after the previous chapter showcased an early Darth Vader vs Obi (Ewan McGregor) battle. While Obi was indeed rescued by Tala, he had his share of pain, physically and psychologically after his former protege put him through the wringer in their first encounter after the gruesome events of 'Revenge of the Sith'.
The latest chapter focussed on Ben and Tala on a rescue mission and they manage to get Leia to relative safety. They may have had the better of Vader and his bunch of Inquisitors, but Reva (Moses Ingram) manages to place a tracker through Lola the droid and that provides a massive twist in the final seconds of the episode. But, fans weren't having any of it.

'Obi-Wan Kenobi' Episode 4 Review: High-octane chapter sees Ben regain his Jedi edge
"Just finished episode 4 of #ObiWanKenobi ... Kinda boring in comparison to the others. We didnt get to know any new cool characters. Nothing of importance happened, except for "the hunt for Leia", which I was kinda over. Its been going on for too many episodes. Vader was awesome," one of the tweets read. This was seconded by another who wrote: "#obiwankenobi is effen weak sauce. it has nothing to do with Ben and simply uses his name to tell tales of ancillary characters no one gives af about. so disappointing."
