'Not cool for someone who loves animals': Internet slams supermodel Kendall Jenner for wearing $27K real fur coat in Aspen
ASPEN, COLORADO: Less than a week since Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny called it quits, the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star finds herself in hot water again, this time due to her festive furry outfit.
Kendall Jenner appears to be in high spirits as she enjoys the holiday season with friends in Aspen.
Sharing on Instagram, the supermodel posted some daring photos with the caption, "turning into an (818) espresso martini," while subtly promoting her Tequila brand, 818.

However, the netizens were left unimpressed by the choice of the dress material.
A user commented, "How can you wear real fur? SHAME".
Another commented, "Not cool for someone who loves animals".
Animal lovers expressed agitation over her fashion choice, commenting, "Fur coats are the death of animals."
Another wrote, "Stop making real fur a thing, there's literally animal blood on your hands.
What did Kendall Jenner wear for her holidays in Aspen?
Shortly after Kendall's breakup with Bad Bunny, which lasted nine months, she shared Instagram snaps donning a staggering $27,000 outfit. However, the supermodel's revenge dress failed to impress her audience.
She opted for a Phoebe Philo fur coat made of brown shearling made out of sheep or lamb's fur. She finished the look with minimal accessories, black net stockings, and dainty black shoes.
Kendall looked like a cast of 'Game of Thrones' or even 'Vikings.' She kept her makeup minimalist with lots of mascara and a nude-colored tint on her lips.
Kendall was in Aspen for not just the holidays but also for her business. She is the creative head for 'FRWD' as the Aspen outlet of it just launched.
Holidaying with Justin Beiber and Hailey Beiber, she was seen enjoying snowboarding in Aspen. She wore a long collared coat with ivory fur over a black turtleneck and straight leg pants for a dinner with the Beibers in Aspen.
Fashion fails for Kendall Jenner
Celebrities and their fashion choices are constantly under scrutiny by netizens, and even a slight misstep can lead to trolling.
Kendall even though stuns everybody with her smart choice of outfits, here are some instances when she failed miserably with her fashion choices.
During the 2018 Cannes Film Festival, Kendall exited the airport in a long grey skinny co-ord set paired with snakeskin-heeled boots. The outfit was sheer and was not looking good on her as claimed by the netizens.
Her 2017 Cannes Film Festival look where she wore a Alexander Vauthier Haute Couture top and a pair of simple denim shorts with a Swarovski crystal belt, left the netizens unimpressed.
Even though Kendall is known for her street style, she failed a few times with her terrible choices.
Kendal wore a pair of white jean shorts and a white shirt with red stripes in March 2017 in LA. However, the main attraction of the look was her shorts which had tiny silver fabric draping down each side which looked hideous.
Kendall's look for the 2014 Met Gala was also questionable where she wore a shimmery straight outfit with undone hair and flashy makeup.
These were some of the times when Kendall failed to impress the netizens with her fashion game.
Famous Celebrities who were trolled for wearing fur
The use of fur in the entertainment industry is a debatable topic. While some people are against using fur others state that fur has been a part of human clothing for ages.
However, celebrities wearing fur clothes have gotten serious accusations from the People for Ethical Treatment of Animals or PETA and animal activists.
Many come under the radar for wearing fur. Some of the most notorious ones were from Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce, and even Rihanna.
Kim was seen wearing fur and outrageous outfits on several occasions. Even though being bombed by animal rights activists, she does not seem to care.
Jennifer Lopez, the globally renowned singer and performer, boasts millions of fans worldwide. However, her fashion choices have often prioritized style over animal welfare. Despite PETA's requests for her to refrain from wearing fur, the singer has paid little attention to their pleas.
Beyonce or Queen B might be a perfect idol for many but she loves wearing clothes and shoes made from animal skins or fur.
Rihanna too does not care about animal cruelty, she was seen wearing a yellow fur cape for the 2015 Met Gala. She likes to flaunt her style and wealth no matter what.
Choices made by celebrities and influencers make a severe social impact, thus they should be mindful of what they are promoting.
