Nick Viall first appeared on Season 10 of 'Bachelorette' fronted by Andi Dorfman and the consecutive season starring Kaitlyn Bristowe. Both of the times, he ended up at the top, only to be rejected at the last moment as the ladies picked someone else over him. However, this lover boy's tryst with the highly popular franchise wasn't over yet and the showrunners went on to cast him as the frontman on Season 21 of 'The Bachelor', a season that is most spoken about for a number of reasons apart from Nick himself.

A recap of the same was aired tonight on 'The Bachelor: The Greatest Season - Ever!' featuring all the highs and lows, all the significant dates, Corinne Olympios and her mind-blowing antics, as well as some virtual interviews and current life updates of some of the breakout castmates from the season, Corinne and the adorable dolphin costume sporting suitress Alexis Waters. Vanessa Grimaldi too dropped in to give an update about her amazing love life and professional power moves, she also spoke a little about what led to her and Nick's breakup. She was Nick's pick from the season and the duo ended things, five months after the show but Vanessa revealed that the mutual respect still remained intact even though they went their separate ways. Right after, show host Chris Harrison was joined by Nick himself to give an update on where he is in life and he did shed light on his journey on the show.

On being asked as to why he said yes to 'Bachelor' he said that when he got offered he felt really sick in his stomach considering all the ill luck he had on the franchise but he was glad he got to experience it. Recalling the first night at the mansion, waiting in the driveway for all the girls to arrive, Nick said it was all a blur but he remembers Vanessa and Rachel Lindsay sticking out from the crowd for him. He also said that the top three women on his season: Vanessa, Rachel, and Raven Gates were all intelligent, articulate and they weren't afraid to speak their minds. Adding to that, he also said that these are the qualities in a woman that draws him in and he always ends up being attracted to women with these qualities.

Nick certainly knows what he wants in a woman but having been around so many beautiful women all vying for his attention as well as the fame that the show brought to him still hasn't warranted a significant other in his life. Everyone was really hyped by Chris at the beginning of the episode as he kept saying that Nick has news to share and many expected to hear that he's finally found someone. However, Nick opened up about being proudly single and the search for his other half still continues.

'The Bachelor: The Best Seasons -- Ever!' airs Mondays between 8 pm to 11 pm ET only on ABC.
