NCT Shotaro who 'learned grooving before walking' took on the challenge of teaching Jungwoo some quirky dance moves

NCT U Shotaro, dubbed the 'dance genius,' decided to collab with NCT 127's Jungwoo and fans are swooning over the quirky NCT friendship, which has just got started. Jungwoo visited Shotaro in the practice studio to learn some of his dance moves and the 13-minute 'practice' video, uploaded on Youtube, is hilarious. The clip made fans trend 'Shotaro' all over social media. The duo ended up creating a dance collab on the popular song 'Uptown Funk,' which they say they will release on TikTok.

NCT Shotaro has long been introduced as someone who 'learned grooving first before walking' took on the challenge of teaching Jungwoo some of quirky dance moves. Showcasing moves like the 'Isolation' technique, grooving to the song 'Make a Wish,' to other such styles, the NCT duo's chemistry in the video made it an instant Internet favorite. The video garnered over 190000 views within an hour of release.

NCT U Shotaro teaches NCT Jungwoo

NCT Jungwoo shared how the 'feel-good' dance moves learned from Shotaro cheered him up. He gushed, "at home sometimes you may feel down, at such moments I think that dance will cheer me up." Shotaro quickly complimented his new friend with a shy smile, "Jungwoo, no words are needed (to complement his dance skills). He's the best." He added, "Jungwoo learns so fast, he's such an advanced student." 

NCT Jungwoon x Shotaro collab 'Uptown Funk'

After dancing to NCT's iconic track 'Make a Wish', the two K-pop stars from NCT nailed a killer choreography for 'Uptown Funk' that they will post on Tiktok. The new 'collab' was welcomed by fans. "Jungwoo and Shotaro dancing to uptown funk. They are so cute omg," said one user. Another fan posted, "release the vid of jungwoo and shotaro dancing uptown funk on tiktok now PLS SM IM BEGGING YOU!"

Loving the duo's collab, a fan said, "Jungwoo and Shotaro excitedly dancing to 'Chica Bom Bom'. They're so adorable!" Another NCTzen commented, "I kept on smiling from start 'til the end because of how adorable these two are The talent, the acting, their chemistry, their smiles and laughs, everything in this vid is instant serotonin boost!"

Shotaro fans are taking it to Twitter to fawn more over the dance genius. One fan said, "shotaro is indeed a dance prodigy, he was dancing ever since he's 5!?! i love this guy!" Another fan said, "awww shotaro was inspired by the impromptu "chica bom bom" dance that jungwoo did with yuta and taeil in the recording studio and improvised & came out with additional part!"
