'NCIS: Hawaii': 'Jane and Joe kissing' leaves fans floored say 'she's hot as hell'

Although the episode had some trademark 'NCIS' action, fans were buzzing about the kiss that left them stunned.

For 'NCIS: Hawai'i' fans who wanted a Joe Milius  (Enver Gjokaj) and Jane Tennant (Vanessa Lachey) kiss since their encounters, they had a helluva surprise after episode 8 titled 'Legacy' returned after a two-week break. The episode centers around the murder of an anti-capitalist protester and the team investigate only to find themselves caught in a crossfire battle between the eco-activists and a tech billionaire fighting over a piece of land. However, the major turnaround was the fact that Joe and Jane went on a date after it was revealed that he was moving to the Pentagon.

The floored feelings continued. "JANE AND JOE TOOK MY HEART #ncishawaii," a fan remarked. TO CELEBRATE YOUR TRANSFER. OKAY JANE AND JOE I SEE YA I SEE' a tweet read. "Jane and Joe are now over at her office while he's asking her out on a date?! While working on the case!! @NCISHawaiiCBS #NCISHawaii," another comment read.

Earlier in the season, fans had noticed the awkward flirting the duo shared before Tennant eventually turning down a date offer from Milius. This though seems to have changed for the better as they finally went on a date, toasted with a tequila,, shared a passionate kiss and eventually spent the night together.

'NCIS: Hawaii' airs Monday nights at 10 pm ET on CBS.
