When will 'Naomi' Episode 5 air? Here's why The CW show is on hiatus
For all you fans of The CW's 'Naomi', the series certainly seems to be building up the suspense when it comes to seeing Naomi take down the big bad. While she is still trying to get the hang of her powers, she also struggles to strike the right balance between her new life and her old one.
However, in Episode 4, fans saw her confront Zumbado head-on, and while she was able to retrieve the disc, there were new, more significant threats on the horizon. When will 'Naomi' Season 1 Episode 5 air?
If you've been waiting eagerly for 'Naomi' Season 1 Episode 5, then you might have to wait a bit longer. The show is currently going on hiatus, on account of Winter Olympics. Fans can catch Episode 5, titled 'Shadow Ridge' on February 22, 2022. Until then, repeat episodes will be aired on The CW.
What happened in 'Naomi' Season 1 Episode 4?
After Naomi's parents reveal they found her in the woods, they explain that they were hiking when they noticed bright lights falling from the sky. While searching for the wreckage, they found an abandoned child on a glowing disc -- Naomi. While they admit they were wrong for not having told her sooner, they also explain that they had settled into such an everyday life that they kept postponing it. Naomi, who comes to terms with her origins, confronts Zumbado head-on and retrieves the disc. In doing so, she tracks down and meets Akira, who explains that they were actually from Earth 29 and that Zumbado was responsible for its destruction. While Naomi continues to try to strike a balance between her school life and training, she is suddenly tracked down by a person who seems like a bounty hunter, determined to take her back to Earth 29. Dee thankfully intervenes and saves her just in time. He later explains how he has loved and lost and encourages Naomi to be honest with her feelings, prompting her to rekindle her romance with Nathan.
