'A spoken word magician': Brandon Leake's act left 'AGT:All-Stars' fans wishing he had advanced to the finale
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: We knew that in the February 6 episode of 'AGT: All-Stars' only one act would advance to the finale. It was pretty obvious from the beginning that we were going to see Kodi Lee and Brandon Leake square off against each other. These two former winners are quite evenly matched.
Meanwhile, it was quite disheartening that Josh Blue finished in third place once again. In the end, it was Lee who moved on to the next round. While viewers think he performed a really fantastic cover of 'Biblical' by Calum Scott, they can't help but wish that Leake had advanced to the finale.

Brandon Leake's performance touches 'AGT:All-Stars' fans' hearts
Unlike the past five episodes, the judges’ no longer had the power to save one contestant via the Golden Buzzer. The finalist was chosen not by the judging panel but by an elite mystery group of "superfans" voting across the country. Season 15’s winner Leake was performing for the first time in front of a live 'AGT' audience. Leake's poems about loss, the Black Lives Matter movement, and the complexities of fatherhood and family resonate with the audience. This time, he moved the viewers with a piece about a perspective-shifting encounter with a homeless man, his words were passionate as always. Mandel gave him a standing ovation and even credited him with opening doors for poets like Amanda Gorman. Incidentally, Leake was Mandel’s Golden Buzzer pick back in Season 15.
Fans really loved his performance as one user commented, "Wow! I think this is the best performance since America’s Got Talent began! I really think he is set apart from any other person so far! A person of true talent!!"
Another viewer said, "Brandon is amazing!!! I am so impressed by every word he speaks. I love how he has given glory to God in all that he’s done. He’s inspiring so many young kids and people older than him like myself!"
'So powerful'

Leake was the show's first spoken-word poet in Season 15 and had the audience spellbound and in tears throughout the season. Once again, he has proved that he is a spoken word wizard and touched the fans' hearts with his poem. So it's no wonder the fans wanted to see him advance to the finale. Adding to this train of thought, one more user commented, "At the end of the day, you won!"
