LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: If there’s one big takeaway from Brian Cox’s playing Logan Roy is his innate ability to shout “F**k Off” to any and everyone who tries to undermine him. Cox is scary, and intriguing, like a volcano that will erupt at a moment’s notice and destroy everyone in his vicinity. He’s a corporate raider who wants everything under the sun except the happiness of his children. With over 50 years of acting experience and innumerable credits to his name, Cox has managed to have a successful career long before ‘Succession’ even came to him.

The Jesse Armstrong show about the lives of an ultra-rich, billionaire media family was a compliment to the already established and revered acting career of Cox. A Primetime Emmy award, a Golden Globe Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and two Laurence Olivier Awards are just a few accolades that Cox has been bestowed with after his years of outstanding performances. For now, Cox has left the world of ‘Succession’ behind him, but what follows is a remarkable string of projects that can outshine any competitor, such as Joshua Caldwell's ‘Mending the Line’, Tom Kirby’s ‘The Glove', and much awaited ‘The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim', to name a few.

He has a string of projects that are expected to come out in the near future. First, Cox will be seen as a Marine veteran coping with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in ‘Mending the Line’. The actor is also set to star opposite Parker Posey and Lisa Kudrow in 'The Parenting' and will lend his voice to the period piece ‘Unsinkable’ and franchise installment ‘The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim.’

If this wasn’t enough for the Scottish actor, he will also be seen as a part of Joe and Anthony Russo’s ‘The Electric State’. The film follows an orphaned teen who travels across the American West with a robot looking for her brother. The film features an ensemble cast of Oscar winner Ke Huy Quan, Millie Bobby Brown, Jenny Slate, Chris Pratt, Anthony Mackie, Stanley Tucci, Billy Bob Thornton, and Jason Alexander. Cox has also confirmed to star in a play named ‘Long Day’s Journey Into Night' opening in London.
