LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In the second episode of 'Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles' Season 15, viewers witnessed Josh Flagg confront the challenges of securing the ideal dream home for his client, Carly Steel.

Despite his expertise in the real estate market, Josh encountered numerous obstacles and setbacks during the search for the ideal property. Throughout the episode, his determination and perseverance were tested as he navigated through a series of challenges to meet his client's specific requirements and preferences.

During the premiere of 'Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles' Season 15, Josh expressed his commitment to helping Carly find a new home, building on their successful collaboration in purchasing her current property.

"I sold my friend Carly this house with the intention of tearing it down and building a completely new, maybe $10 million house," he shared.

Josh added, "Carly's plan with this property is to build this huge contemporary museum. I told Carly not to build a house. She didn't listen to me, and here we are two years later. It's gone from $10 million to $30 million and she's done absolutely nothing."

'MDLLA' Season 15 star Josh Flagg shares an update on Carly Steel's house

In the latest episode of the Bravo show, Josh Flagg revealed that he had identified a potential buyer for Carly's house, and negotiations for the sale were progressing.

"So there's an official offer of $16.5 million on Carly's property on Crescent, but it's not going to be on the table forever. I convinced Carly to take the offer, but it's contingent upon her buying the house of her dreams." Josh said.

While Josh and Carly journeyed to Mt. Olympus, Josh described it as "an area in the Laurel Canyon section of Los Angeles where every street is named after a Greek God...it's eclectic, to say the least."

Josh mentioned that Carly needs a move-in ready home that does not require any construction or renovation work. "She has very specific needs," he added.

Soon after, Josh stated a couple of Carly's requirements, "New construction, walk-in closets, walkable to shops, she needs a marine feature...still not understanding that one."  Along with this Carly also shared that she is on a seach for "six bedrooms, room for [a]  garden, large bathrooms, [and a] three-car garage."
