'Mama June: Road to Redemption' cast member Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' Thompson is a star. She has been exposed to way too much TV and fame to handle the after-effects by herself. Therefore, it was a wise move when she decided to hire a manager - Gina Rodriguez. And it has served her well so far.
Gina runs a talent management company, Gitoni Productions, that represents celebrities such as Blac Chyna, Lamar Odom, and Tommy Lee. And now she has added another name to her ever-expanding clientele. 'Gorilla Glue Girl' Tessica Brown, 40, has teamed up with Gina days after she underwent hair-waving surgery in Beverly Hills, New York Post reported.

The move was to capitalize on the fame that the glue got her, the outlet pointed out. The Louisana mother of five was getting ready for a date when she added a strong glue to her hair and that resulted in her hair getting locked. She tried a variety of ways to get it back to its normal state, but surgery was the only answer. Talking to TMZ, Gina had confirmed that Dr. Michael Obeng who helped get the glue out of Tessica's hair will give her a mommy makeover - breast lift and abdominal lipo.
Gina is not just a manager but a friend too. She is known to be with her clients every step of the way. Soon after June Edith 'Mama June' Shannon and her boyfriend Geno Doak stepped out of their rehab center, she set them up with a place to stay. Even though their current home is hours away from where June's daughters live but it's a decent start to their sobriety journey.
Likewise, she has been there for Honey Boo Boo too. Her fame has only risen exponentially ever since Gina stepped in. Of course, all that attention and adulation is all Honey Boo Boo but Gina helped her channel it in the right direction.
