'MAFS' Season 14: Dr Pepper confronts Olajuwon as fans think Katina is 'miserable'

Olajuwon claimed that he 'can't shape his relatioship to make America happy' and fans called him out on it.

If you've been watching 'Married At First Sight' for a while now, then you know that having the experts around is vital. Seeing that the cast goes from strangers to a married couple, they can certainly use all their help, in order to walk away with a successful marriage.

In Season 14, the couples met with Dr Viviana Coles, Pastor Cal Roberson, and Dr Pepper Schwartz to go over their issues. And while the experts have been rather hands-on this season, one cast member begs to differ.

As the couples stepped out together for a volleyball game, they began talking about their relationships. Olajuwon took this opportunity to call out Dr Pepper on what she had to say to him, noting that she was not helpful at all. He claimed that she was too caught in the 'he said she said' of their situation and was not in tune with what was happening. However, little did he know that Dr Pepper and Pastor Cal were listening in on his conversation. Dr Pepper confronted him about his statements, clearing the air about their conversation -- she didn't need him to bring her up to speed but instead wanted to give him a chance to tell his side of the story.

Fans were quick to call Olajuwon out on his behavior. "I wonder what happened to O in his life that makes him feel like he has to come off as superior or a know it all to people? The cockiness isn't cool… #mafs" tweeted a fan. "Olajuwon showed his true colors and his whole talking with Dr. Pepper and Katina is giving Paige vibes just allowing all the foolishness to happen for the sake of being married or to have someone #MAFS" added another. "I love how Dr. Pepper went right for the kill. She like hold on Lindsey…I got you in a little bit, but let me get this one together first #MAFS" joked another. "Dr. Pepper is a class act. Better than me tbh. Because I woulda ripped Olujawon a new hairline #MAFS" tweeted a fan.

 Olajuwon addressed Dr Pepper calling her out, and stated that at the end of the day, he was trying to make his relationship work for him and Katina and that he "can't shape it to make America happy". Fans were distraught about Katina's mental and emotional health. "Katina looks like she's miserable like those bags under her eyes. #MarriedAtFirstSight #MAFS" tweeted a fan. "Katina has no identity to Ola. Just "his wife". And he constantly speaks for her. Possessive. #MAFS #MarriedAtFirstSight" added another. "I really want to give Katina a hug and let her know she deserves more. #mafs" tweeted a fan.
