'Love Island' USA: Are Zeta and Timmy done? Angry fans blame his commitment issues

It barely took a moment for Timmy Pandolfi to fall head over heels for British beauty Zeta Morrison during the first coupling ceremony on 'Love Island'. During the first coupling ceremony when Timmy was brought out and the women were asked to step forward if they found him attractive, Zeta and Sydney Paight stepped forward for him. Though both the ladies were drawn to the New York rapper's good looks, he however had eyes only for Zeta and her British accent. So he decided to couple up with her.

While all the other OG couples crumbled and fell apart in less than a week of entering the 'Love Island' villa, Timmy and Zeta's relationship continued to blossom. Fans couldn't get enough of the cute couple as they spent time with each other laughing at each other's jokes and having a good time. Considering how well things were going between them, Zeta was understandably curious about the next step in their relationship, so she casually asked Timmy if he could see them together outside the villa. Though Zeta's simple question was just her trying to understand Timmy's thoughts on their relationship, unfortunately, her innocent question turned out to be a huge red flag for Timmy. He shut down immediately and began going around the villa telling everybody that Zeta was moving too quickly.

He complained about not liking being questioned and how he didn't want to lead her on when he didn't have a concrete answer about the future of their relationship. In his confessional, he also admitted that he was looking at exploring other options in the villa, and revealed that if a girl who checked all his boxes stepped into the villa, then he would definitely try to get to know her better. He justified his defensiveness by pointing out how Zeta too had a one-on-one conversation with new islander Tyler. Fans didn't appreciate watching Timmy over-react to Zeta's simple question and called him out for expressing his concerns to everybody but her.

"Timmy if you don’t talk to Zeta about how you feel instead of telling everyone else Ain’t you grownnnn…be grownnnn thennn #LoveIslandUSA," wrote a fan. "Timmy is clearly showing red flags under this smooth guy persona. Yes, zeta might have asked the question soon but he’s making it bigger than what it is. It’s either a yes or no. Instead of just being straight up, he’s showing that he has commitment issues. #LoveIslandUSA," added a fan. "The last thing Zeta heard from Timmy was how great she is and that he could see them together outside of this. If it’s all lies, just let her know so she can MOVE.. . The preview clip for the next episode featured Zeta openly confronting Timmy about what he was telling everybody in the villa about her, and also his interest in new islander Bria Bryant. After watching how Timmy looked interested in Bria and claimed that she checked out all his boxes, fans began predicting that it might be over for their favorite couple. A fan shared, "So that is the end of Zeta and Timmy #LoveIslandUSA." "#LoveIsland #LoveIslandUSA The thought of losing Dami and Indiyah tomorrow and Zeta and Timmy failing this early is gonna send me spiraling ," expressed a fan. "It’s not looking good for us Timmy and Zeta shippers. RIP #LoveIslandUSA," pointed out a fan.
