Makers officially announced the fourth season by dropping a post on the series' official handle on Friday, August 12. In the teaser, we can see how makers have used vibrant colors like fluorescent, pink, purple and yellow and the words ‘Volume F*** is a go’ come in bold fonts within the video. In a way, the makers have not revealed much yet only increased more curiosity amongst fans and viewers to watch this visually spectacular series on screens whenever the release date gets confirmed by the makers.

‘Love, Death + Robots’ has been created and conceptualized by the noted ‘Deadpool’ filmmaker Tim Miller. The series has been executively produced by David Fincher. Both Miller and Fincher have also directed episodes of the series. Interestingly, Fincher made his animation debut with Volume 3’s 'Bad Traveling.' The official synopsis of ‘Love, Death + Robots’ season 4 reads, “Terror, imagination and beauty combine in nine new episodes which stretch from uncovering an ancient evil to a comedic apocalypse, telling startling short stories of fantasy, horror and science-fiction with trademark wit and visual invention.”

"Greatness in the making," a fan said. “This is excellent news. But please less military and more artsy this time! Vol 3 was kind of a letdown :/ This is my fav netflix show and i know it has the potential to do so much more,” said another. “Adding Love Death & Robots Volume 4 in my schedule,” one shared while another added, “Love, death and robots is that gift that just keeps giving." “Long live LDR and the VFX geniuses of David Fincher’s team,” noted a fan. “Yes! I love this series so much. Someone's gotta keep anthology animation going. Hmmm, new personal goal to be in one of these shorts perhaps,” a fan responded.
