‘Love & Hip Hop: New York’ Season 10: Release date, plot, cast, trailer and everything you need to know about VH1’s hit reality show

'LHHNY' returns for an all new season 10 alongside few key cast members from the earlier seasons. Here is all you need to know about the upcoming season.

The OG 'Love & Hip Hop' show 'Love & Hip Hop: New York' is back with its much-awaited season 10.  The showrunners have pulled out the big guns to make the upcoming season 10  a very memorable one. In case you're wondering what's in store for season 10, read on.

Release date

'Love & Hip Hop: New York' is all set to premiere on Monday, December 16 at 8 pm ET/PT only on VH1. You can catch new episodes every Monday at 8 pm only on VJ1. 

Plot

The show follows a group of aspiring hip-hop artists fighting for their chance to make it big in the hip-hop world. From R&B artists and video vixens to actors, personal assistants, and lovers, the series showcases the glitz and glamour of the Hollywood hip-hop music scene. 

Season 10 will be seeing the return of several OG cast members from the earlier seasons such as Chrissy Lampkin, Erica Mena, Emily Bustamante, Olivia Longott, and Somaya Reece. The upcoming season will see Chrissy Lampkin getting back to work and embarking on a new chapter in her life. Erica Mena and Safaree's wedding planning and their pregnancy will be one of the central storylines of this season. Remy Ma's constant juggling between her work and family will also be covered extensively. 

Cast

The return of several OG cast members to the already existing roster of cast members meant that the LHHNY franchise has the highest number of cast members. A total of 18 cast members will be featuring on the show this season. The cast members include Joe Budden, Emily B, Rich Dollaz, Jim Jones, Juju, Kimbella, Chrissy Lampkin, Olivia Longott, Mariahlynn, Anais Martinez, Erica Mena, Papoose, Somaya Reece, Remy Ma, Safaree, Cyn Santana, Juelz Santana, and Yandy Smith-Harris.

The show has been executive produced by Mona Scott-Young. Mona is also the executive producer of the other 'Love & Hip Hop' franchises such as 'Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood', 'Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta', and 'Love & Hip Hop: Miami'. Other executive producers of the show are Stefan Springman, Stephanie Gayle, David DiGangi, Vivian Gomez, Nina L. Diaz, Josh Richards, Toby Barraud, Mala Chapple, and D Renard Young.
