Running a restaurant is no walk in the park. It requires stellar communication, coordination and a sense of responsibility. If not, the entire service tends to fall apart. Kandi Burruss' OLG has patrons coming back for more, but now, on Bravo's reality series 'Kandi & The Gang', it is evident that a lot of work goes into making the restaurant successful.

Episode 1 saw Kandi and Todd address the multiple problems they had going on at OLG. While they consider their staff to be like family, sometimes, family gets a little too comfortable and tends to take things lightly. The couple had Phillip Frempong take over to fix the situation, and it looks like Phillip keeps uncovering one issue after the other.

Phillip seems to have barely stepped out of the gate and into his new role, and he already found himself clashing relentlessly with Shawndreca, who felt as though he was throwing his weight around. While her resistance was an issue, Phillip didn't back down either, as he was here to do his job. But it looks like Phillip certainly has a lot on his plate, and Shawndreca isn't the only issue. Season 1 also sees him confront Brandon, OLG's manager. Brandon and Dom'Unique, the restaurant's bartender, have a flirtatious relationship that constantly seems to get in the way of their work. It appears as though Brandon is neglecting his duties while pursuing this workplace romance.

But this might not be the only romance causing an issue! Shawndreca admitted that she and Patrick, Kandi's cousin, were involved. While Patrick doesn't work directly at OLG, he does manage the OLG parking lot. So while he is now in a committed relationship, the question is, will there be friction between him and Shawndreca? Only time will tell. However, Shawndreca certainly has a lot on her plate, seeing that Kandi and Todd eventually sit her down to talk about her work performance, as it has been lacking so far.

What do you think? Will Phillip be able to get OLG's staff in order? Or is he going to continue to face issues and hostility from them? Sound off in the comments below and tell us what you think!

'Kandi & the Gang' airs on Bravo on Sundays 6 at 9/8c.
