Competing on reality dating shows is no cakewalk. The competition is often as tough as nails, and it's hard for contestants not to compare themselves with one another. After all, no matter how good you are, you can never get rid of the nagging feeling that someone is else is smarter, better and more attractive than you. And on 'Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer', where a group of women are all vying for the affection of just two men, insecurities are bound to come out.

Then again, it certainly helps that friendships are made along the way, and there always seems to be an endless supply of alcohol to bond over. But then again, seeing someone get messy on reality tv isn't exactly new, but it never gets old. This week, on 'Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer', it looks like Breanna had one too many drinks. Thankfully, Martin came to her rescue, like a knight in a suit.

As tension at the camp grew thick thanks to Carolyn, Martin mentioned that he had a surprise planned for everyone, urging them to engage in an activity. While the group made their way towards the activity, Breanna called for Martin, seeing that she had trouble buckling her shoes. Martin helped her out and soon realized that Breanna was inebriated. They had a heart-to-heart conversation where Breanna told him that she thought she was ugly, but he assured her that was not the case. Martin helped her get to the swing carousel where the rest of the group was. Breanna was insistent about sitting on the ride and Martin seemed worried the whole time, as he ensured that nothing happened to her. Fans loved that he was so supportive, despite the chaos.
