Jackson Wang ‘Drive You Home’: Release date, how to stream, concept and teasers of single
GOT7’s Jackson Wang has been quite busy since the beginning of 2021, and it doesn’t look like he will be slowing down. In the first half, he had several collaborative tracks with the likes of Rain, Afgan and Rich Brian. Along with that, he has also been expanding his company, Team Wang, as well as, partnering up with Tokyo Olympics 2020 and appearing on magazine covers like the August issue of Marie Claire China. He was also quite recently announced as the brand ambassador for Beats by Dre. And now he’s working on new music.
Jackson has also been growing globally as a singer. The Chinese idol-entrepreneur has landed himself the soundtrack for the upcoming Marvel film 'Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings'. He also quite recently was featured in Rich Brian and Niki’s song ‘California (Remix)’. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Jackson also revealed that he would be launching a record label. And now, he has teamed up with Internet Money for his latest single ‘Drive You Home’.

Concept
The teasers have hinted at a cinematic masterpiece. Jackson has gone all out for it and if we didn’t know better it could look like the music video is a part of some action film. Full of fight scenes, fast sports cars, romance, explosion and melodramatic accidents, 'Drive You Home' has garnered high expectations.
Teasers and music video
Jackson released short music video teasers in which we get an idea of what the music video and the song will be like. With several scenes packed into the short 15 second clips, we see Jackson go through a myriad of emotions which is unlike his historical or 90s upbeat music videos that he has released before.

First English album
‘Drive You Home’ is being released after the news of his second album dropping in November. It will be Jackson Wang’s first physical album, as well as his first English album. Previously, he’d released his first studio album ‘Mirrors’ which was in a digital format. Known for dropping several pre-released singles, this information might help us guess a part of the tracklist for his second album. ‘100 Ways’, ‘Pretty Please’ and ‘LMLY’ are all English singles that he has been releasing since 2020 and might be a part of his English album along with 'Drive You Home'. The album will have 12 songs.
