LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: With Season 31 of everybody's favorite celebrity dance competition show- 'Dancing With the stars' just around the corner, fans are already playing Sherlock Holmes trying to decode which celebs might be competing in the competition.
The official cast list is revealed on 'Good Morning America', but excited fans couldn't keep calm and have already begun trying to identify the celebs based on the rehearsal sightings pictures. So, when the internet stumbled upon a picture of a woman hiding behind a face mask walking into the dance studio for rehearsals, everybody immediately began trying to guess her identity. Based on her brunette locks and her svelte figure, everybody thought it was Charli D'Amelio. But some hawk-eyes fans believe that it's actually 'The Bachelorette' star Gabby Windey! An Instagram fan account called @bachelorwhatever decoded how the person pictured walking into the rehearsals bore some very striking similarities to Gabby. The celebrity walking into the rehearsals wore the same gold hoop earrings, white shoes, and was even sporting the same manicure as Gabby! The sighting also ended up revealing some major spoilers for 'The Bachelorette'.
If the unidentified person is indeed Gabby, then it looks like Erich Schwer may have won 'The Bachelorette', as Gabby was pictured wearing a grey hoodie that bore an eery resemblance to the one that Erich wore on the dating show! It looks like Gabby isn't just looking for love, she's also eyeing the coveted Mirrorball Trophy on 'DWTS'.
'DWTS' is a celebrity dance competition show that is based on UK's hit 'Strictly Come Dancing'. The show features a celebrity paired with a professional dancer. Each week, the couples compete against each other for judges points and audience votes. The couple with the lowest combined total of judges points and audience votes is eliminated each week until only one pair remains. That couple is named the winner gets to take home the Mirrorball Trophy.
Walt Disney Studios announced in April 2022 that 'DWTS' was moving from ABC to Disney+ for seasons 31 and 31, making it the first live series to stream on the OTT platform. "'’Dancing with the Stars’ has entertained fans for 16 years on ABC, and we are excited to bring this beloved show exclusively to Disney+ as the platform’s first-ever live series,” said Kareem Daniel, chairman, Disney Media, and Entertainment Distribution, in a statement at the time. “The show’s broad appeal, as well as the overwhelming popularity of its Disney-themed competition nights, make Disney+ the perfect home for ‘Dancing with the Stars’ while continuing to expand our demographic reach.”
