DIXON, KENTUCKY: '1000-lb Sisters' star Tammy Slaton was all ready to have her dreamy wedding with the love of her life, Caleb Willingham. Tammy's family came to visit her at the rehab and congratulated the reality star and her fiance just two weeks before Tammy and Caleb tie the knot.
However, Tammy's siblings Amy Slaton and Chris Combs questioned the reason for her quick wedding. In an upcoming episode of 1000-Lb Sisters, Tammy's family suspects that a pregnancy might be the reason she and Caleb have decided to exchange vows so quickly.

In an upcoming episode of '1000-lb Sisters', Tammy's half-brother Chris, his wife Brittney, Tammy's sister Amy, her husband Michael, and their two children Gage and Glenn went to the rehab in Ohio to meet Caleb. Tammy immediately picked up Glenn from his carrier and held him in her arms as soon she saw the little child. However, while watching the love for children, Caleb teased Tammy about their future after marriage, "What are you gonna do when we have our own?" Caleb's comment left Amy confused, but she didn't say anything at the time.
Later in the episode, Tammy's other family members started to look uncomfortable before the reality star introduced everyone to her new fiance. Toward the end of the episode, Tammy's half-sisters Amanda and Misty join the rest of the family to celebrate the wedding. However, Chris had a strange question in his mind and asked Brittney, Amy, and Michael, "What about if they've been rubbing trachs and she got pregnant?" Amy found the question gross which prompted Chris to explain that Tammy being pregnant is the only reason he can see the sense of urgency.
Why were Chris Combs and Amy Slaton concerned about Tammy's wedding?
Tammy's siblings Amy and Chris didn't accept Caleb with their hearts. They have been worried since the beginning that Tammy and Caleb's relationship will not end well. However, in this week's episode, Amy shared her concerns about Caleb with Chris. Tammy's half-brother was the first to question Tammy and Caleb's short timeline of their relationship. Meanwhile, in a confessional interview, Chris further shared his concerns about his sister's upcoming wedding. Chris shared, "My reaction [was] 'is this s**t real?' And yeah, apparently, it's no bulls**t."
He later said, "First of all, she's got to get our approval before she just ups and runs off and gets married. So, I don't know what the hell she's thinking. That's the first thing I'm thinking." Meanwhile, Amy revealed that she didn't believe Tammy when she first heard the news until she saw the video of Caleb's proposal. Additionally, Amy alleges that Caleb found out that Tammy was staying in the Ohio rehabilitation center and then joined the rehab.
