In the latest sneak peek of '1000-lb Sisters', Amy revealed that it might be difficult for her to manage all the wedding planning and parenting sons Gage, 2, and Glenn, 8 months. Additionally, Amy, who allegedly parted ways from her husband, Michael Halterman, shared her concern over Tammy's marriage.

Why is Amy Slaton concerned for Tammy?
Tammy and Caleb first met at an Ohio rehab facility in November 2021. They were both receiving treatment for obesity-related health issues. However, Caleb soon popped the question to Tammy and tied the knot at the treatment center. Their wedding will play out in Season 4 on TLC. Meanwhile, in the latest teaser of '1000-Lb Sisters', Amy showed her concern for her sibling. Amy said in the teaser that she didn't know her sister's fiance. However, Tammy clapped back at Amy saying, "You don't have to get to know him, I gotta get to know him. That's all that matters." To which Amy responded, "I'm genuinely trying to give Tammy everything she wanted in a wedding but I'm just so scared it's gonna end up in a travesty." The reality star added, "What if you end up going home and figuring out you just didn't wanna be married after all? Once they get home and reality sets in, who knows what’ll happen?"

Amy apparently doesn't want to be Tammy's bridesmaid and wedding planner as she already has her hands full. Amy shared in the preview, "I'm ready to do this for you, I am. It's just I’ve got a lot going on with Glenn and Gage." However, Tammy refused to accept her sister's excuse.
During a confessional in the teaser, Tammy recalled, "I did everything for Amy’s wedding. Ordered the decorations, and picked out the food, the venue, the music, and the ambiance. So, I’d like her to return the favor." She added, "I am very much aware that Amy’s got two beautiful boys, and while the babies are sleeping, she can be on the internet looking for party supplies... So, no excuses, b***h." However, after a heated discussion, Amy agrees to be Tammy's bridesmaid and wedding planner, noting that she loves her sister 'unconditionally.' Well, will Tammy's marriage with Caleb end in a 'travesty'? Only time will tell!
