LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Apple TV+'s latest comedic treasure, 'Palm Royale' throws viewers into exotic 1960s owing to its real-like locations.

The series, which is the brainchild of Abe Sylvia, is based on the 2018 novel by Juliet McDaniel, 'Mr. and Mrs. American Pie.'

The series' narrative centres on Palm Beach's elite society in the 1960s. The show centres on the tribulations of Maxine Simmons (Kristen Wiig), a new Palm Beach resident, as she makes a valiant effort to gain admittance into the elite 'The Palm Royale.'

Now, let's explore the unique locales where the newest comedy series was filmed.

It should be mentioned that the series, set against the backdrop of the exclusive 'Palm Royale' club, does not exist in real life.

In reality, filming for the elite club took place in several locales to give it a realistic feel.

Because of its long history, the historic Everglades Club is an ideal setting for the series.

The club, founded in 1918, was designed by Addison Mizner and built by Paris Singer and is only open to its members, with a $30,000 admission fee and sponsorship from three current club members.

Despite the fact that the narrative is set on the island of Palm Beach, the series was also shot on mainland Florida.

Florida, often known as the 'Fishing Capital of the World,' has 11,000 miles of rivers, 7,700 lakes, and 700 freshwater springs.

The city is well-known for its beach resorts, warm and sunny temperatures, and a variety of tourist sites, including Walt Disney World, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, the Kennedy Space Centre, and Miami Beach, which attract tens of millions of people each year.

According to House Beautiful, Norma's (Carol Burnett) mansion is located in South Padadens, California.

Reginald D. Johnson, an architect, constructed the mansion and modelled it after Florentine palaces. The mansion has a coral exterior accented by beautiful vines.

The villa is decorated with renaissance and baroque-era furniture and paintings, as well as other one-of-a-kind artefacts.

The property also has opulent amenities such as a jacuzzi, expansive gardens, and a pool with a huge backyard.

Three episodes of 'Palm Royale' are available to stream on Apple TV+
