LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Masked Singer' Season 8 Episode 7 will be a tribute to Leslie Jordan. Along with the regular panelists, we will be seeing Jordan and Joel McHale as guest judges. Sadly, Jordan recently died in a car crash and this will be his posthumous appearance on the show as the episode was taped before his death. Moreover, fans will also not see one of the regular panelists, Ken Jeong, on the 'Hall of Fame Night' episode. Keep reading to know why Jeong will not appear in the upcoming episode.

In the '90s Night episode, we saw the Lambs competing with two new masked singers, Walrus and Milkshake. Walrus and Milkshake stalled and were unmasked. Therefore, the Lambs won and were crowned the Queens for the night. The Lambs, along with Harp, moved to the semi-final round. In the 'Hall of Fame Night' episode, we will see three new masked singers, Bride, Venus Flytrap, and Gopher. These three will compete and one among them will be named King or Queen and move ahead on the show.

Why is Ken Jeong not appearing on 'The Masked Singer' Season 8 Hall of Fame Night episode?

Ken Jeong recently took to Instagram to inform his fans that he will not be appearing in 'The Masked Singer' Season 8 Episode 7. The Season 8 judge said that he has been infected with Covid and needs some time to recover. He wrote, "Sadly you won't be seeing my gorgeous face on this week's Masked Singer as I had Covid but thankfully I got better super quickly, thank you vaccines." Jeong further ended his post by saying, "Most importantly, this is our dear friend Leslie Jordan's last appearance on the show, and we dedicate this episode in his honor." As soon as Jeong opened up about his health issues on social media, fans flooded Twitter and Instagram with "get well soon" messages. A fan tweeted, "Thank you for the heads up, so we can be emotionally prepared. Going to be a tough episode. So glad we get to see Leslie on #TheMaskedSinger once more. Hope you did not go through too much with the Covid!" Another fan joked, "@NicoleScherzy is my favorite, anyways..." A fan replied to Jeong on Instagram, saying, "@kenjeong feel better! So is @joelmchale gonna try to steal your gig?"
