LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Currently, Tom Sandoval is facing a wave of criticism on social media as a result of his declining success in the music industry. Fans and critics alike are expressing their disappointment and disapproval of his recent musical ventures.

In a recent episode of 'Vanderpump Rules,' Bravo decided to spice things up by including a captivating clip of Tom showcasing his vocal talents during one of his shows.

And now, the fans of the show can't stop themselves from discussing Tom's musical journey and his career. In the last few years, he has experienced a significant decline, particularly following his separation from Ariana Madix, who is now his former partner.

A Reddit user said, "It's so awful. It's like a kid in his mom's basement. Playing rock star."

Another user chimed in, "He is literally so embarrassing."

Followed by a user who penned, "Do we have to cancel his music career if it never existed."

A user quipped, "How has he not hired a vocal coach? Former choir girl, good god."

One comment read, "Just when I think he can’t get any worse, he does."

Is ‘Vanderpump Rules’ star Tom Sandoval in a band?

Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras is a band led by the multi-talented actor, model, and restaurateur, Tom Sandoval. With a decade-long stint on the popular Bravo reality show 'Vanderpump Rules,' Tom is no stranger to the spotlight.

And when it comes to his band, Tom brings that same larger-than-life energy to every performance. Since its inception in 2021, Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras have performed in different cities across the United States.

In a 2022 interview with BravoTV.com, Tom shared his excitement about the band and his music career.

"It’s just been crazy. I didn’t know if this was going to be something that people really got into," he said at the time. "I just wanted to do it. You know what I mean? I just wanted to get out there, make music, and do it. And I love it so much," he said.

During a separate interview with The Daily Dish, Sandoval said, "We want to do songs that people don't normally hear in cover bands. If we play a Journey song, there's no way we're playing, like, 'Don't Stop Believin'."

"We're just all over the place. Like, we open up with Incubus' 'Wish You Were Here,' I play trumpet within the first 20 seconds. And then it goes right into, you know, Loverboy's 'Workin' for the Weekend.' That's what I really like, just the unexpectedness of it," he further added.

Did ‘Vanderpump Rules’ star Tom Sandoval win ‘The Masked Singer’ Season 10?

Tom Sandoval took part in the tenth season of the popular reality competition show, 'The Masked Singer', which was broadcast from September 10, 2023, until its thrilling culmination on December 20, 2023.

Unfortunately, Sandoval was eliminated from the competition in the second week of the season, during an episode themed 'NFL Night.' It was during this episode that Sandoval, performing under the stage name 'Diver,' took to the stage to sing 'I Ain't Worried' by OneRepublic, a song that had previously been featured at a Super Bowl XLVII pregame NFL tailgate party.

Tom Sandoval was ultimately revealed as the celebrity disguised as the Diver by the conclusion of the episode.

Ne-Yo emerged as the winner of the season, showcasing his talent under the identity of 'Cow.' John Schneider, known for his acting and singing abilities, came in a close second as 'Donut.' Janel Parrish, a multi-talented actress and singer, secured the third spot as 'Gazelle.'

Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz's bar Schwartz & Sandy’s is still in business

In 2022, Tom Sandoval decided to diversify his business ventures by collaborating with Tom Schwartz to establish their very own bar, as per US Weekly. Despite facing numerous obstacles behind the scenes, Schwartz & Sandy’s was finally introduced to the public as a unique and vibrant lounge.

Sadly, the success of the establishment was short-lived following Sandoval's breakup with Ariana Madix. Reports surfaced in March 2023 revealing that the couple had ended their nearly ten-year relationship due to Sandoval's infidelity with Rachel Leviss.

This scandal led to a backlash from Bravo fans, who expressed their disappointment by leaving negative feedback about Schwartz & Sandy’s.

A statement issued on Schwartz and Sandy's Instagram page at that point read, “In light of the recent news we appreciate the many words of support but we also understand the outpouring of outrage that has been directed towards our businesses. However, those of us who are not famous have dedicated our time hearts and money to make this restaurant a reality.”

“We too are disappointed by the current situation as Ariana has always been a good friend and a great supporter of the restaurant. We appreciate that you may feel a certain way but please understand that the livelihoods of others also depend on this business. There are four more people involved in this venture other than just Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz," it further read.

Despite the passage of time, the bar's most recent Instagram post, uploaded on April 16, 2024, implies that it continues to operate and welcome customers.

"Ok the rain is over and at Coachella it was cool to see No Doubt but it's been one long week since VPR and we have your weekly fix coming tomorrow night. Make your reservations or you'll be left standing behind a plant!" they simply captioned it.
