Heather was also seen sporting a body-fit black and grey colored top. Seeing her post, a user commented, "Thought you were Kim for a second." Another claimed, "Thought this was Kim K with blonde hair."

She shared that in 2024, her struggles included "feeling like I can't let loose at all, always being responsible, negative internal talks, understanding I can't control every situation, and not managing my 'work time' wisely to focus."

As 2023 ended, the 'Selling Sunset' alum reflected on how the years have been for her.
Calling 2023 one of the best years of her life, she wrote, "Honestly been one of the best years of my life. January started with baby Tristan being born and each month I feel like I’m growing, learning, and becoming a better version of myself in every single way."
She ended the new year on a strong note, "It’s been a busy busy year being a new mommy and bonus mommy while filming FEM and focusing on our businesses but I’m ready to end the year strong."
She then asked her fans as the star shared her plans on how to end 2023. "No year is 'perfect' but I can look back on 2023 as a pivotal year for me in so many ways, and I’m proud of that. 3 days left and I’m planning on taking advantage of them, reflecting, and spending time with family before the New Year… anyone else doing the same?" wrote Heather.
Heather El Moussa claims post-partum transformation was 'harder' for her
Ahead of 2023's ending, Heather released a video where she is seen working on her body after Tristan's birth. We all know that Heather's post-partum journey has been a difficult one.
She said, "Transformation is an understatement 🤍 My postpartum journey was… not at all how I expected." She expected to have bounced back to normal life quickly. However, the same did not happen.
She revealed the reality, "I’ve always been active and ate clean, nutritious foods throughout my pregnancy— but after 4 1/2 months of being postpartum, I got diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid disorder which made it a lot harder for my body to go back to 'normal.'"
After 4 months postpartum, she started doing exercises to get back to normal. Cardio and some home workouts indeed helped Heather a lot.
