LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Kardashians' star Khloe Kardashian recently shared photos from her Valentine's Day celebration. However, the reality star faced criticism for her extravagant celebration.

In a series of photos, Khloe posed with her daughter, True, and son Tatum in front of their immense heart-shaped balloon wall.

Khloe's children were dressed festively to suit the occasion. Khloe herself wore a red top paired with matching pants as she squatted behind her son Tatum, who sported a grey T-shirt with "Heartthrob" written in red.

Meanwhile, True donned a matching set printed with little hearts as she sat on the ground beside her brother.

Khloe's post also showcased True posing with her cousin Chicago as the two played together outside, along with a few Polaroids of Tatum in his adorable shirt.

Additionally, the reality star decked her $17 million Los Angeles mansion with countless heart shapes covering a whole wall on Valentine's Day.

However, social media users flooded the comment section of Khloe's post, criticizing her for what they perceived as excessive use of balloons for every occasion, deeming it wasteful.

An Instagram user commented, "Why does every occasion need balloons and so many of them! [sic]😢 please think of the environment and this 450 year burden before they decompose."

Another person added, "So. Much. Waste. For. Every. Occasion."

A critic noted, "I love how you all post these extravagant decorations and extravagant gifts for these kids. They are going to grow up to be more entitled. And those that have nothing? Great example. 👏"

Another internet user asked, "Why does Everything have to be an over-kill🤦."

"All those balloons will go into landfill well done not..," a follower wrote.

Another social media user stated, "Where do you guys recycle all your balloons every event, every year?"

A person suggested, "That is it about celebrities that they feel the need to go so far over the top? And then display their wealth all over social media. Why can’t they do anything in small doses? 🙄
