'Mama June' star Honey Boo Boo aka Alana Thompson recently uploaded a TikTok video, talking about what gifts she got for Christmas. And, in no time the comment section flooded with fans wondering whether it was really Honey Boo Boo talking as her accent sounded a lot different. Fans are claiming that the teen's accent was not the same as before.

The 17-year-old uploaded a video on TikTok, revealing all the gifts she got from her boyfriend Dralin Carswell, and sister Pumpkin. She captioned the video, "Merry Christmas everyone even though I’m late! this is my highly requested what I got for Christmas! in no way shape or form am I trying to brag! I’m very grateful for the things I received this year! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas." As Honey Boo Boo talked to her fans in the video it seemed as if she had a Southern accent. Fans on the internet are divided, some claiming that the teen always had an accent while some claimed that it got changed. Fans are slamming the teen star, calling her 'different.'

Honey Boo Boo in her recently released TikTok video sounded more like her sister, Pumpkin. Her voice seemed heavy and she seems to have allegedly developed an accent. Noticing the same, a fan commented on her video, "Wait is this honey boo boo lol." A fan joked, "She is literally from SOUTH Georgia she going to have an accent like BFFR." Another fan claimed, "It’s not the same accent she always had. She has changed the way she talks for sure." A viewer called Honey Boo Boo weird, saying, "no cus fr these people are weird saying she’s been sounding like that, because on the show she doesn’t sound like that." Another noticed, "Yes y’all she’s always had a SOUTHERN accent but this is not a southern accent anymore." A fan slammed the teen saying, "She’s… different."

Well, it seemed as if her TikTok was flooded with fans discussing her accent. One wrote, "She changed her whole accent." Another claimed, "I'm still confused about the voice." "Everyone saying she been had an accent yes for sure but there’s something abt the way she talks now not the accent that is dif i can’t quite figure it," claimed another fan. Another fan observed, "She definitely added a little BL to the ACCENT." "Ehhh scroll to her old video doing the interview, she doesn’t sound like that lol," claimed another fan. Another wrote, "It’s not even just about the accent it about her word choice." 

In the video, Honey Boo Boo showed off the gifts she received this Christmas. Dralin got her whole bunch of underwear, a jacket, and blazers. On the other hand, Pumpkin and Josh got her Gucci bags, golden glittery purse, and sunglasses, Draco got her blowdryer, and Dodo got her perfumes, followed by other several gifts.
