Inspired by Iain Reid's bestselling namesake novel, Netflix's 'I'm Thinking of Ending Things' promises a solid story with an even more solid star-studded cast. The story follows a Young Woman in a very 'Fleabag' manner, who is addressed throughout the movie in the third person, with the other significant parent characters referred to as "Mother and Father". "Despite second thoughts about their relationship, the young woman takes a road trip with her new boyfriend Jake to his family farm. Trapped at the farm during a snowstorm with Jake’s Mother and Father Young Woman begins to question the nature of everything she knew or understood about her boyfriend, herself, and the world," details the official synopsis provided by Netflix.

Wondering what's better? Suited best perhaps for stories like this, Academy Award winner Charlie Kaufman known for 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' is helming the upcoming Netflix movie described as "An exploration of regret, longing and the fragility of the human spirit."
