At some point in our lives, we've all held a gaming console in our hands and indulged in the endless pleasures of 'Super Mario Bros' and 'Pac Man' on our television screens. The gaming world has come a long way since then, powered by new technology and scientific innovations. Now, a new docu-series coming to Netflix entitled 'High Score' is chronicling the evolution of gaming and the revolution that it has sparked with its widespread popularity. Plot

As the gaming industry has advanced with time and technology, many of the classic games that we once found ourselves playing for hours together have taken the back seat. Gaming giants have definitely played upon our nostalgia by remaking and remastering some of these games to introduce the new generations of gamers to the legends that once reigned in the industry. Others have just been a figment etched deep in our memories, only to fondly reminisce over from time to time. 'High Score' is a fantastic attempt at documenting the origins and development of video games.
