It is time to celebrate the best of film and television as the 78th edition of the Golden Globes is almost upon us. Last year, we saw movies and TV shows like ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’, ‘Joker’, ‘Rocketman’, ‘Succession’, ‘Fleabag’ and ‘Chernobyl’ taking home the big awards. Cut to the 2021 Golden Globe Awards, Netflix movie, ‘Mank’ is leading the pack with six nominations including the coveted Best Motion Picture – Drama.

If we talk about TV shows, the much-loved 'The Crown’ scooped six nods.  According to Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA), ‘Promising Young Woman’, ‘Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom’, ‘The Undoing’, and ‘Schitt’s Creek’, are among the other titles that picked up multiple nominations.

The coveted award ceremony will be aired on February 28, 2021, a date earlier set for the Academy Awards. Oscars have now been postponed to April 2021. The 78th edition of the Golden Globes go on air live coast-to-coast on NBC at 8 pm EST/5 pm PST. The three-hour event will be bicoastal and will take place from York City's Rainbow Room and Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, a location the ceremony has occupied since 1945.

How to live stream?

Since Golden Globes is one of the biggest award ceremonies of the year, the makers have made sure it reaches as many people as possible.
