Who is Gihanna Zoe? California singer on 'The Voice' picks Team Kelly, reminds fans of 'little Beyonce'
Gihanna Zoe may have started off on a slightly shaky note with her version of Sara Bareilles's 'She Used to be Mine'. But two judges at least on 'The Voice' didn't hold it against her. Gihanna got a chair turn from both Nick Jonas and Kelly Clarkson. But while she has a church background in common with Nick, she finally chose to go with the judge who turned for her first-Kelly Clarkson.
Gihanna had her mother cheering her on from backstage and clearly that was a source of comfort for the 17-year-old, for who a platform like 'The Voice' can certainly be overwhelming. The teenager seems to have already gained a legion of fans, even if the judges gently criticized Gihanna for her pitch. Fans were kinder though, even comparing her to Beyonce.
