Gerard Pique's GF Clara Chia seeks therapy after suffering anxiety attack following release of Shakira's diss track
MIAMI, FLORIDA: The release of Bizarrap and Shakira's 'Sessions #53' took a toll on her ex-partner Gerard Pique's new lady love. The song's inflammatory lyrics contain subtle references to Shakira's ex-partner and his current lover, which reportedly caused Clara Chia Marti to have an anxiety attack. The 23-year-old PR student has sought therapy to manage her anxiety, which has worsened since the explosive song was released, according to Spanish media source Marca.
Shakira's breakup with soccer player Gerard served as inspiration for some of her recent songs. After the well-known 'Te Felicito,' many listeners hoped for new allusions, but no one could have predicted the recent success. However, the allusions to Clara Chia, Pique's current girlfriend, are perhaps even more controversial than those to Pique, as the young woman seems to need psychological support as she struggles to cope with the storm that has been unleashed on her, Marca reports.

Clara Chia suffers anxiety attack
Clara Chia was brought to a private clinic, Quiron in Barcelona, to be treated for an anxiety attack that impacted her to the point that she required medication, according to the Spanish podcast "Mamarazzis," which is hosted by journalists Laura Fa and Lorena Vazquez. The same reporters are now asserting, that Clara Chia had to be hospitalized on Tuesday, January 31 because of an anxiety episode. "Clara went to the Hospital Quironsalud, a private clinic located in Barcelona, with the aim that the health workers preserve her health because of this setback that seriously affected her breathing," revealed Vazquez and Laura Fa.
Clara Chia is having psychological treatment and frequently visiting a clinic to manage her anxiety issues, as revealed in the Antena 3 show "Y ahora Sonsoles."
Clara's mental health is 'not good'
Another journalist, Saul Ortiz, revealed that Clara's mental health is "not good" after the release of Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol 53. "They stop her on the street to ask her who she is, they sing the song to her, everyone recognizes her, and as she is quite a shy girl...", said Lorena Vazquez of 'Mamarazzis' a week ago.
Saul Ortiz provided an update on the issue along similar lines this past Saturday on 'Fiesta.' "She has been at her parents' house for about eight days, working from home," said Ortiz. "She has needed a shelter because her mood is not good. It is not easy to be a girl of 23 and to be on the lips of Spain and the whole world. "It has taken its toll on her and she needed one more step."
