LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Davia Esther was a fan-favorite during Zach Shallcross' Bachelor season, winning over viewers with her charisma and on-screen personality. Viewers were disappointed but understanding when Davia had to leave the program after she failed to establish a connection with the lead — but most of them undoubtedly expected to see the model again at the 'Women Tell All' special.

The entire goal of the reunion special was to spark some petty screaming battles and villainy but Zach's season featured none of that. One thing the 'Women Tell All' did was gracefully forget about this season and look ahead to the next one, revealing the next "Bachelorette." If this round doesn't have enough villainy and hijinks, fear not: hope (and drama) springs eternal! But, as the producers all too well know, drama is unbeatable, so even if this season made a determined attempt to avoid toxicity and fighting, viewers still got a 'Women Tell All', with cast members wailing over one another to the point that my mute button gave its two-week notice. There aren't many, but there are enough to make the Women Tell All a bit feistier - and more amusing - than expected while still keeping the cheerful, well-meaning sentiments that have made this season so blandly agreeable. Fans, on the other hand, couldn't help but note the extremely low number of women present, one of the lowest in comparison to previous seasons, prompting many to wonder why.

Davia opens up about her absence during 'Women Tell All'

'The Bachelor' Season 27 'Women Tell All' put Zach in direct contact with the women he eliminated. The contestants rehashed drama that Zach was unaware of, and he was forced to answer harsh questions from a couple of the ladies who didn't see the end of their adventure coming.

Davia, on the other hand, did not get the opportunity to express her concerns. During Week 4 of the reality program, the prior pageant winner was eliminated. During the reunion episode's airing, Davia turned to Instagram stories to share a cryptic message that may have piqued viewers' interest.

She wrote, "Sometimes being there for the 'right reasons' and staying out of drama doesn't get you seat at the table... Still cheering on my girls." She didn't provide a reason for her absence, but her statement hinted at why she wasn't invited to the reunion recording. Her decision to avoid controversy may have cost her a "seat at the table."

Why were so many women absent from Zach's season of 'Women Tell All'

Brooklyn Willie and Kat Izzo's battle took up a significant amount of time on 'The Bachelor' Season 27 'Women Tell All'. However, there are many other women who came. On the other hand, there are a few contestants that did not make it.

After Zach whittled down his last three contestants on Season 27 of 'The Bachelor', and then the time came for the women who were sent home to tell their piece in 'The Bachelor: Women Tell All'. Zach met the families of Charity Lawson, Gabi Elnicki, Kaity Biggar, and Ariel Frenkel during the hometown episode. He declined to give Charity a rose, and the two had an emotional farewell.

Charity, Cat Wong, Olivia Lewis, Madison Ann Johnson, Victoria Jameson, Anastasia Keramidas, Genevie Angele Anabel Mayo-Johnson, Mercedes Lynne Northup, Kylee Marie Russell, Brooklyn, Jess Girod, Kat, Christina Mandrell, Aly Jacobs, and Greer Blitzer all returned for the tell-all. Given Zach's vehement stance on squashing most female drama as soon as it arose, Tuesday night's "Women Tell All" was quite dull.

"The women that were at the Women Tell All, I have the list, and it’s basically the nine women who are on tonight’s episode minus the final three," Reality Steve reports on February 27, 2023, during the Daily Roundup podcast. Reality Steve also had earlier noted, Davia and Bailey Brown will not attend. "She wasn’t much of a major player this season, didn’t get a lot of camera time, but she made it to episode 3," the spoiler expert stated on the Daily Roundup podcast regarding Bailey. "She’s not going to be there. Neither is Davia."

'The Bachelor' airs every Monday on ABC at 8 pm ET.
