Who are Fusion Japan?

Fusion Japan is a dance group that was created by merging two rival groups, namely, Kyushudanji Entertainment and Fabulous Sisters Japan. You can follow them on their Instagram handle @fusionjapan.

According to the official Instagram bio of the boys' dance group Kyushudanji, they have competed in talent-based reality shows like 'Super Kids Final', 'Dance Delight,' 'BBoy Park,' 'Star Draft conference,' and 'World of Dance.' During their time in 'World of Dance,' they were known as Kyushudanji Shinsengumi, which was a youth-based breakdance crew.

On the other hand, Fabulous Sisters of Japan are known globally through the ‘Got Talent’ franchise. They previously competed in 'Asia’s Got Talent,' 'Britain’s Got Talent,' and 'World of Dance.' The Fabulous Sisters reached the semi-finals of both 'Asia’s Got Talent' and 'Britain’s Got Talent' while they only made it to the divisional round of 'World of Dance.'

NBC has released an early clip from Fusion Japan's audition performance. In the clip, they speak about their unique story of how the two groups had been rivals for many years. They perform a mix of hip hop and aerial acrobatics in their auditions. Their dance audition impresses the audience and judges alike and receives a standing ovation at the end. Even host Terry Crews praises the act, calling it “one of the best things I’ve seen in my life!”.

After watching the short preview clip of the performance on Youtube, fans have been in awe of the dance crew and expressed their delight in the comments. “This performance truly deserves a golden buzzer. That was simply incredible. What an amazing performance,” wrote a fan. “Glad they got together, very professional and fast paced, had to be perfectly presented, practised and timed, but looked effortless, great achievement,” said another. “That ending though! So clean! Anyone else replaying that over again?!” someone else asked.

‘America's Got Talent’ Season 17 airs every Tuesday at 8 pm ET on NBC. For viewers who wish to watch the reality show without cable, they can use any of the streaming services like Sling TV, fuboTV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV or YouTube TV.
