What is the plot of 'Five Blind Dates'?

The plot revolves around Lia, a brilliant woman who embarks on a journey from her humble small-town origins to carve out a new life in the bustling city of Sydney. Using her grandmother’s inheritance, she establishes a Chinese teahouse in the city.

However, amid the challenges of maintaining her teahouse, Lia's fortunes take an unexpected turn when she encounters a fortune-teller at her sister's engagement celebration. The fortune-teller suggests that Lia's path to resolving both her business woes and finding her soulmate lies in embarking on a quest to experience five blind dates before her sister's wedding.

Spurred by the intriguing prophecy, Lia dives into the world of blind dates, crossing paths with a myriad of eligible bachelors in her quest to discover the one who could be her perfect match.

The official synopsis reads, "More focused on her business than finding love, Lia is forced to go on five blind dates set up by her family and best friend after she is told by a fortune teller that her love life and the success of her tea shop are intertwined."
