The beginning of the episode saw Rashid Bashar (Piter Marek) and Special Agent Omar Adom 'OA' Zidan(Zeeko Zaki) meet up for a coffee where the latter is informed that he is being considered for a promotion to the upper ranks. But for the conditions to be favorable, he needs to diversify work, make more efforts, and most importantly 'not make waves' and keep his head low. Later on, we see Agent Tiffany Wallace (Katherine Renee Turner)pursue a dangerous suspect alongside two NYPD officers and give chase to him. But the officers get to him first which is when Tiffany catches them roughing him up, despite the suspect not resisting. She later files a complaint regarding this matter.
Towards the end of the episode, we see Bashar ask OA to handle the matter and not escalate it, with OA later asking Tiffany if she's sure about it. She replies that she is and that putting hands on someone for no reason isn't right. As her partner, he is brought in for questioning to confirm the facts. While the board members try to convince him to settle it as a jurisdictional dispute, a conflicted-looking OA does what is right and clarifies that the NYPD officers were assaulting the suspect.
Fans who tuned in loved that, unlike the last time, he didn't support or lie for Bashar and instead told the truth and stood up for Tiffany. Praising him for doing the right thing, here's what they said.
