GOT7's Mark Tuan releases his first studio album, 'the other side,' with 20 tracks, including 'far away' as its emotional lead single

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA: GOT7 is the one K-pop group that is leading others by example after all seven members left their former label and still released a group album that was record-breaking and chart-topping, to say the least. After their group comeback with the eponymous mini-album, 'GOT7', all seven members who are under different labels went back to their solo careers and so did the boy group's LA-born rapper, Mark Tuan, who was touring around Asia and meeting his fans. After releasing a series of singles, Mark has finally unleashed the singer in himself as he drops his first full-length album, 'the other side', and its lead single, 'far away'.

Mark released his first studio album, 'the other side' with 20 tracks including the title track, 'far away' that was released with a music video on August 26. As soon as the GOT7 member dropped his first full-length album, fans started raving about his emotional voice and praised his mature self who was braving his soul in front of fans. The album includes Mark's old single releases like, 'last breath', 'save me', 'my life', 'lonely' and 'imysm' along with new hits like, 'hard 2 love', 'my name', 'selfish' and many more that fans can't stop talking about.

Mark drops an emotional music video for 'far away'

While most of the songs on the album follow Mark's emotions. If one was to listen to the album in the order of its tracklist, fans will see Mark going through the various stages of grief after ending a toxic relationship. The GOT7 member goes from heartbreak to denial, and anger to acceptance of how the relationship was not meant for him as he moves on to a better life. The lead single, 'far away' is the last track on the official album and follows similar emotions topped with Mark's sensuous vocals that have fans breaking down for him.

The single also features Mark singing in falsetto which has them praising the GOT7 member for finally unleashing the singer in himself. While sharing the album with fans, Mark said, "'the other side' is now out in the world. This album holds a bit of myself in there... Can't believe it's finally out! Don't know what to say...
